2. Investor visa. It is provided when opening your own business or acquiring a stake in a company in the Emirates.

3. A visa based on the purchase of real estate. It is available to foreign citizens who purchase residential real estate for a government-determined amount. The validity period of such a visa can vary from 2 to 10 years, depending on the amount of investment.

4. Freelance: available for self-employed professionals. There are also registration options for remote workers from companies registered outside the UAE.

It is important to understand that the validity of the Emirates ID coincides with the validity period of the visa. For example, if it is issued for two years, then the plastic card will be valid for two years.
